Carnivale du Vin is happy to welcome some great New Orleans talent to share their music with our guests. Joining King & Queen and Grand Marshal sponsors at the Sponsor Welcome Reception will be Preservation Hall Jazz Band. Also, the Carinvale du Vin Bacchus Reception will feature Kermit Ruffins and the Barbeque Swingers, and the Live Auction will move to the beat of the Storyville Stompers brass band!

Carnivale du Vin is thrilled to announce the addition of Bartholomew Broadbent of Broadbent Selections to the Krewe du Vin. Broadbent has expanded from his pivotal role in the breathtaking growth of Port and Madeira to exert a profound influence on the US wine market. He is also one of America’s top wine educators. At the gala dinner, Broadbent Selections will pour a delicious complement to our dessert course prepared by Chef Gale Gand.

Carnivale du Vin welcomes long time Krewe du Vin members Suzie and Paul Frank of Gemstone Winery as the 2008 Event Bacchus. Gemstone has created a special cuvee and is custom bottling for the 4th annual fundraiser benefiting Emeril Lagasse Foundation.

Making it all possible

Carnivale du Vin invites you to explore the work of the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, who has given over $2 million in grants to children’s educational programs since January 2006.  The foundation supports programs which offer developmental opportunities to children in the culinary arts and academic enrichment through the arts and other innovative programs.
