Carnivale du Vin invites you to explore the work of the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, who has given over $2 million in grants to children’s educational programs since January 2006.  The foundation supports programs which offer developmental opportunities to children in the culinary arts and academic enrichment through the arts and other innovative programs.
