The top names in food and wine who will prepare the five course dinner at Carnivale du Vin are Emeril Lagasse, Mario Batali, Gale Gand, Kevin Rathbun, Norman Van Aken, Au Bon Climat, G.H. Mumm, Grace Family Vineyards, Quinta do Crasto and Rubicon Estate, with a special bottling by Williams Selyem. The musical entertainment will be Kool and the Gang, sponsored by Bill Edwards Presents. The Carnivale du Vin 2010 Event Honoree is Jim Clendenen of Au Bon Climat.
