Chef Rick Tramonto is executive chef and partner at Osteria di Tramonto, Tramonto’s Steak and Seafood, RT Lounge and Tru. Tramonto has garnered international attention and a host of prestigious awards for his work at Trio, Brasserier T and his renowned four-star Relais-Gourmand restaurant Tru in Chicago.
Chef Tramonto, originally form Rochester, NY, worked as a chef at New York City and Chicago restaurants, as well as in England, France and Spain, before returning to Chicago with culinary partner Gale Gand to open Trio in 1993.
