Chef Nancy Silverton
Nancy Silverton is a James Beard award-winning pastry chef and the founder of La Brea Bakery and co-owner of Mozza in Los Angeles, with partners Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich.
Silverton is a supporter of the Garden School Project, bringing nutritional education to public grade schools, and the Meals-On-Wheels program for the elderly. Sharing her love of food with two very different generations, the same goes for everyone: “Simple, all-natural ingredients lead to artful nutrition.”
