Chef Olivier Dubreuil

olivier-dubreuilOlivier Dubreuil discovered and developed his passion for cuisine and the flavors of his French culture during his childhood. He solidified his culinary education in Arcachon, a seaside town near Bordeaux, France and graduated with honors in 1985. He went on to train with noted French chefs, passing each season in a different region of Europe, experiencing a variety of cooking techniques and flavor combinations.

Dubreuil brings his enthusiasm and knowledge to The Venetian and The Palazzo resorts where he is thrilled to be part of the executive team. Recently named a Master Chef of France, Chef Olivier welcomed Carnivale du Vin to his kitchens at the Venetian in 2005 for the inaugrual Carnivale du Vin. Again this year, he will be the gracious host to over 20 chefs preparing their dishes for event patrons.
