In his early twenties Chef Tom Moloney began his self-taught tutelage, working under local and nationally recognized chefs. During a 12 year career with Wolfgang Puck, Moloney opened 7 casual and fine dining houses. Today, Chef Tom Moloney is leaving his mark with AquaKnox. As Executive Chef, Tom Moloney creates a menu of clean, artfully prepared dishes of the freshest ingredients available. His dishes truly showcase the flavor, texture, and scents of his food.
